Before enrolling in a course, please review the course content thoroughly. After completing the course enrollment, any complaints related to the course content will not be accepted.
After enrolling in a course, you can request a refund within 48 hours by providing a valid reason. After 48 hours, no refund will be accepted.

We will respond within 72 hours and can request more information if needed.
After approval of the refund request by the authority, the payment will be refunded within 7-10 business days through the same payment method used by the user, and this will be confirmed via email. If any service charges apply for processing the refund through the respective payment method, it must be borne by the student.
After the successful refund request, all access to the course will be revoked.
IntellizLab Academy reserves the right to change, enhance or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
